Artwork Conservation & Restoration - Toronto
MPW Art Restoration Inc. provides professional conservation and restoration services for paintings (wood panel, canvas, fresco), sculptures, and architectural artworks. All treatments follow the ethical guidelines of the Canadian Association for Conservation of Cultural Property (CAC-ACCR) and are carried out by trained conservators at our Toronto Studio, serving clients through the Greater Toronto area and Canada. We examine and treat oil, acrylic and mixed media paintings on canvas and panel. Treatments include structural consolidation, surface cleaning, varnish removal, fills, in-painting and revarnishing.
Painting Conservation
Canvas lining, strip lining, facing, re-stretching, and keyed-out tension for paintings with structural instability, tears, deformations, or losses to the canvas support.
Canvas Structural Treatments
